Council: Mother Can’t Take Own Son to School Without CRB Check

This appalling story appeared in the Telegraph today. The woman in question has a severely epileptic son who needs to be escorted to school in a taxi every day. The mother is forbidden from escorting her own child as she hasn’t been CRB checked.
