What we need YOU to do
We need monitors to scour the press for examples of “Broken Britain”. These include: surveillance, invasion of privacy, loss of liberty, presumption of guilt (e.g. of being a paedophile or terrorist), political correctness gone mad, the hoodwinking of the public into believing things like Saddam Hussein had WMD or that Iran are dangerous terrorists who almost have the bomb, the excesses of government, the excesses of the people running our public services.
Our aim is to collect links to these stories together into one place. We want to show people that stories that sound like funny little anecdotes (grandmother questioned over playing in wood with grandchild, woman arrested for “trafficking” her epileptic son) are not funny at all and that they’re growing in frequency and severity.
